The name Iron & Iris was created with a single thought, balance. the name has several meanings and intertwined layers, but it really symbolizes life. Life is all about the balance of dreaming and realistic execution. We can all have dreams blossoming, but dreams don’t become reality until with put those irons in the fire.

With over a decade of experience in the marketing world, Shivalee Talati Bhakta has built her expertise from the ground up. Her journey began in the arts, promoting her own and others’ dance companies. Through dedication and strategic content creation, she learned to grow her personal dance brand to nearly 10k YouTube subscribers and 2k Instagram followers in just a few years. What started as a passion quickly became a lesson in branding, growth, and resilience.

Building on that momentum, Shivalee transitioned into technical marketing, specializing in the healthcare industry. She honed her skills to help clients translate their complex services into compelling, accessible campaigns for everyday consumers. As part of an in-house marketing team, she managed a broad scope of projects—including direct mail, rebranding initiatives, website development, event activations, and partnership negotiations and much more.

Having taught herself the important skills to build her own brand, and working her way up from entry-level roles while earning a Master’s in Consumer Psychology to leading entire marketing departments, Shivalee expanded her knowledge to encompass of every facet of the marketing process. She then brought her expert understanding to a private agency, managing contracts worth millions in industries like healthcare and education.

With her strong foundation in both creative and strategic marketing, Shivalee has launched her own consulting firm. Her mission is to work closely with clients who are passionate about their business, and help them bring their vision to life with clarity, purpose, and impact.
